We do this by offering thoughtful, evidence-based assessment and therapy for individuals across the lifespan—from early childhood through to late adulthood.
Our approach.
We’re a young practice, but we make it a point to take the time to understand each person as a whole. We tailor our sessions to each person’s unique needs and provide clear, practical guidance to support meaningful change.
Therapy at Ferngrove.
We offer psychological therapy via telehealth only (interest for in-person sessions are welcome), providing a flexible and convenient way to access support wherever you are.
There is currently no waitlist, appointments are flexible, and Medicare rebates are available with a mental health care plan obtained from a GP.
If you have a mental health care plan, you are entitled to a $98.97 Medicare rebate per 50-minute session. This would bring the total out-of-pocket cost per session to $101.00.
Please note that the MHCP is only viable for 10 sessions within each calendar year.
